Water bottling machine description:
This model water bottling machine combines 3 steps functions in 1 machine, empty bottle rinsing with purified water, bottle filling with drinking water, and cap screwing.
The machine is manufactured in accordance with the corresponding safety specifications, and its structure guarantees safe operation in adjustment, maintenance, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting. During the above working period, the machine must be operated only by hand, or by using a toggle switch.
In the process of maintenance and repair, when the safety device needs to stop working, it can only be operated by trained and authorized personnel. Water bottling machine description:
1. Bottle rinsing part adopts compact structure, which ensures running situation.
2. Bottles enter into rinsing part by stare wheel, then clamp will catch bottle automatically.
3. The power of the bottle rinsing part is transmitted by the internal drive system of the frame through the gears.
4. Rinsing nozzle will inject purified to clean bottle inside.
5. Using high speed filling valve, the liquid level is accurate without liquid loss, to ensure the filling process requirements.
6. With automatic structure, machine can reach the purpose of no bottle no filling, which can save a lot of water.
7. The float mode of liquid cylinder level is controlled by float.
8. Parts in contact with liquid material are made of high quality stainless steel, no dead Angle, easy to clean.
9. It adopts efficient cap loading system and has perfect automatic control and protection device.
10. In order to suitable for various types caps, we will manufacture special cap mould according to customer cap sample.
11. Tooth profile device is used in choosing caps.
12. There is cap decting device at the bottom of cap slide, which make sure there is no inverse caps.
