Water bottling machine features:
1. This machine is suitable for various types round, square, irregular shape PET bottle with plastic screw cap.
2. Our machine filling volume is from 200ml-2000ml, and filling volume can be adjustable accoridng to customer requirements.
3. If customer have more than 1 types bottle volume with same botle mouth, our machine can reach this purpose.
4. Structure of equipment is stainless steel, equipped with transparent glass door, customer can see the machine running situation without opening the gate, which is safe for operator.
5. Bottle moves by bottle neck, we don't need bottle bottom holder for each working position, which is good for running speed, and when customer want to change the bottle with differet bottle volume and heigh, only need to change the bottle body dribing plate is ok, no need to adjust height of other parts.

| 1 | Bottle rinsing part adopts compact structure, which ensures running situation. |
| 2 | Bottles enter into rinsing part by stare wheel, then clamp will catch bottle automatically. |
| 3 | Empty bottle will rotated in 180°semi-circle in the track during clamping moving. |
| 4 | Rinsing nozzle will inject purified to clean bottle inside. |
| Finnling part | |
| 1 | Water filling tank, main shaft part, bottle holder,filling part and filling valves. |
| 2 | With automatic structure, machine can reach the purpose of no bottle no filling, which can save a lot of water. |
| 3 | High-precision, high-speed quantitative filling valve, liquid level accurately without loss, to ensure good filling quality. |
