Water bottling machine description:

Main purpose and scope of application
It is mainly used for filling and sealing mineral water, purified water and juice in round or profiled polyester bottles at room temperature. The main electrical components of the machine are imported products. The electrical control is controlled by PLC computer and the main motor is controlled by frequency converter.
Applicable bottle type: bottle capacity range 200ml-2000ml
Bottle bodu diameter: Ф50-Ф90mm
The height range of the bottle: 150-320mm
Water bottling machine features:
1. This machine is suitable for quantitative filling of liquid in different bottle, such as glass bottle of wine, beverage, seasoning, liquid medicine and other liquid without carbon dioxide gas. This machine is a full-automatic liquid quantitative filling machine, using the measuring cup quantitative filling method, the quantitative accuracy is high.
2. The liquid level control mechanism of the storage tank is floating ball type, with simple structure and reliable operation.
3. All parts in contact with the liquid are made of stainless steel to ensure that the liquid is not contaminated and complies with food hygiene standards.
4. The middle stanchion is adjustable, which can satisfy the filling of 160-320mm bottle without changing parts.
5. By replacing some components, can adapt to Ф 50-90mm diameter bottle filling.
