Water bottling machine description:
1. This is fully auomatic running system including rinser, filler and capper. It is suitable for filling liquid, such as mineral water, pure water into plastic bottles.
2. The bottle neck blocking makes the process of changing bottles easily by only adjusting the bottle outlet start wheel.
3. The filling process adopts micro-vacuum technology, which makes filling process faster and more reliable.

Water bottling machine component :
1. The three-in-one main machine consists of bottle washing machine, filling machine, capping machine, frame, window sealing, main motor and transmission system, bottle transmission, capping machine and electrical control system.
2. The turnover mechanism of the bottle washing machine is mainly composed of water distribution plate, bottle washing clip, upper turntable, guide rail, protective cover, water spraying device and water receiving plate.
3. The filling institution is mainly composed of the filling bucket, filling valve, guide rail, lifting device, and lifting device for sticking bottles.
4. The sealing mechanism is composed of three parts, namely, lid-laying device, lid-falling guide and lid-turning machine.
5. Auxiliary (or optional) equipment includes flushing water reflux tank, bottle inlet air duct and bottle outlet chain. In addition, manual bottle feeding platform (or bottle sorting machine), multi-row differential chain manual bottle arranging table, and automatic capping machine can be configured according to customer requirements.
