Washing part:

1. The new bottles enter the equipment through the bottle dividing screw and star wheel.

2. The clamp and turnover mechanism clamp the bottle mouth and turn it to the bottle mouth downward.

3. After washing with sterile water, drain it. The bottles automatically turn over to the bottle mouth upward and are transported to the next process through the star wheel.

Filling part:

1. In the filling part, the materials are filled into the washed bottles sent by the bottle washing machine.
2. We designed this filling machine by ourselves.

3. The filling valve has independent intellectual property rights, using the filling principle of pressure filling and negative pressure reflux.
4. The filling valve adopts the way of pressure filling negative pressure reflux, which makes the filling process quick and sensitive. It also makes the filling liquid level precision high.

5. There is no spring in the valve. The material does not contact with the spring, which is conducive to the internal cleaning of the valve. This machine can meet the requirements of the filling process and filling temperature.

6. When there is no bottle or the filling valve is shut down, the material in the valve is in the micro reflux state.

Capping part:

1. The caps arranged by the capping device are pressed onto the filled bottles, and then send bottles to the next process by the conveyor chain.

2. The screw cap is a magnetic screw cap with overload protection function, and the screw cap torque is stable and reliable.

3. There is no gnawing cover, high cover, skew cover and curling phenomenon.
