Water bottling machine description:
This machine is widely used automatic bottled water filling and capping machine, including water rinsing, water filling and cap screwing 3 main functions, which is an idead machine special designed for water plant, flavored water plant and various types non-carbonated drinks production plants.
This machine is designed for plastic bottles, and the filling machine be connected with bottle making machine by air conveyor directly. We can also make this machine suitable for glass bottle accoridng to customer's deamnds.
This CGF type bottle water filling machine has different models with different production capacity, from 2000 bottles per hour to 20000+bottles per hour, we will give suitable guidance accoridng to customer's situation and our experience.
Water bottling project line:
1. Water filtration: RO water purification machine / UF mineral water filtration machine.
2. Bottle making: Full automatic bottle blow machine or Semi automatic bottle blow machine.
3. Bottle water filling: Bottle washing filling and capping machine.
4. Labeling machine: Shrink sleeve labeling machine or Sticker labeling machine.
5. Date printing: Laser type date marking or ink type date marking machine.
6: Package the bottle water: Full automatic shrink wrapping packing machine or Semi automatic shrink wrapping packing machine / Carton box packing machine
