4. The Complete Bottled Mineral Water / Pure Water Production Line used in the beverage filling operations. The three functions of bottle wash, fill and seal are composed in one body of the machine. The whole process is automatic.

Water bottling machine component :

1. Product conveyor: It helps transfter bottles between each machines auyomaticall, which can save a lot of labor cost, and reach higher production speed.

2. Air conveyor: This is used to transfter empty bottles between bottle making machine(or bottle sorting machine, manual feeding table) to filling machine, empty bottles will be transferred by air, which can reduce second touch.

3. Automatic cap feeding system: It transfer caps into cap tunnels, and caps will be arranged in lines to get into cappinng station.

4. Motors: This is power system to give power to conveyor belt, we use reduction motors to ensure the smooth operation of the conveyor belt.
