Automatic high pressure rinsing machine description:
This machine is a fully automatic washing machine 5 gallon bottle, which integrating internal washing and external brushing.This machine is highly automated and simple to operate, we can be customized to customer requirements to provide different capacity machine according to customer demands. The biggest characteristic of this equipment is the big water pressure, it has a good cleaning effect for the dirty barrel inside, it has been exported to many countries, and it is deeply liked by customers.
Automatic high pressure rinsing machine features:
1. Conveying system: Large width stable conveyor belt.
2. Main frame: 304 stainless steel frame.
3. Rinsing type: Rinsing the barrel inside surface with high pressure water by pump.
4. Brushing system: Use rotary brusher to clean the full outside surface of barrel, and use water spray to clean the barrel outside at the same time.
5. Use high sensitivity electric detection to control the barrel inlet and outlet, to make sure that barrel can be cleaned one by one, no barrel no washing.
