Liquid bottling machine details description:
1. Bottle washing: screw bottle feeding and rotary bottle washing.
2. Filling: the piston is filled quantitatively. Materials will be pumped through the reciprocating movement of the cylinder. According to the high cleaning requirements of protein beverage, equipped with CIP cleaning device, the filling cylinder, valve and pipeline and other parts in contact with materials for cleaning.
3. Aluminum foil molding: aluminum foil molding through the aluminum foil capping machine will roll the film into a cap and wear the cap on the bottle.
4. Sealing: heat seal the aluminum foil on the bottle through the thermal shrinkage part of the bottle to achieve sealing function. Each bottle has a temperature control adjustment, according to the thickness of the aluminum foil and the actual use, the heat sealing temperature can be adjusted.
