Automatic bagging machine description:
Fully automatic bag-sealing and cutting machine sealing knife adopts teflon coating anti-adhesion and high temperature aluminum alloy knife, the sealing will not crack, no coking, no smoke and zero pollution, which is suitable 5 gallon bottle packaging.
The equipment is equipped with imported photoelectric detection, horizontal and vertical detection of each group, easy to switch and choose, for thin and small packaging, can also easily complete the sealing packaging.
Automatic feeding, the length can also be automatically adjusted by the combination of electric eye and timer. When the size of the package changes, the adjustment is very simple, no need to change the mold and bag maker.
The original imported digital display temperature controller, built-in PID function, sealing knife temperature is very sensitive and accurate, can be set at will. There is no need to worry about the temperature of the product is not accurate, sealing knife itself also has automatic protection function, effectively prevent accidental cutting packaging.
The whole machine is truly connected to the unmanned operation of the production line. Specially designed film up and down synchronization mechanism to correct film deviation.
