Soda bottling machine features:
This machine adopts the technology of direct connection between the air feeding conveyor and the bottle star wheel. Bottle neck catching technology is adopped all the time. For rinsing part, the specially designed all stainless steel bottle calmp is strong and durable, it does not touch the screw part of the bottle mouth to avoid the secondary pollution of the bottle mouth during rinsing part. Pressure type hydraulic cylinder, the high-speed line adopts ring hydraulic cylinder, which makes filling more stable.
The high-speed production adopts the bottle clip transmission technology, which makes bottle shape change more freely, and the working table inside the machine is more concise. 3 functions of bottle washing, filling and sealing are completed in this 3 in 1 carbonated beverage filling unit. The bottle has little wear, accurate and stable transmission, and convenient bottle replacement.
High speed and large flow constant pressure filling valve, fast filling speed, accurate liquid level without liquid loss. Parts in contact with liquid are made of high-quality stainless steel or food-grade engineering plastics, which are in line with national food hygiene standards.The bottom plate of the rotary bottle adopts spiral descending mode, and the height of the conveying chain does not need to be adjusted when changing the bottle type.
