The machine is used for PET bottle washing filling capping ,suitable for fruit juice, fruit wine and so on. The liquid filling technology of hot filling which learned from latest technology, we learned from Japan and Germany experience to design this machine. The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The liquid level of drinks in filling tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping function will be stopped automatically if there is no bottle. The machine will be stopped automatically if bottles are cramped wrongly or caps are not available.

Generally, carbonic acid containing gas beverage, filling is more positioning or quantitative, the material from the bottle mouth always has a specified distance.
