Juice bottling machine description:

Juice Bottling machine features:
Overload protection device is located in this machine, this is very impoertant and effective protection for machine and operator. In order to make machine run in smooth situction, this machine adopts automatic cap laoding system to do the cap feeding prcess, and this system can prevent wront cap geting into capping channel. Automatic liquid level detection system is also equipped in this machine, to control the liquid level in filling tank well. The whole machine is driven by motor, the the power will be transfered to every working position by gear and belt. With frequency inverter, machine production speed can be adjusted easily.

| 3 | Cap loading system |
The cap loading system adopts rotary type cap arraning system with a speed of up to 20,000 pcs per hour. The cap is stored in the cap hopper, and the motor drives the internal rotation, so that the ccap is arranged in an orderly manner and sent to the outlet of the cap. |
| 4 | Electric cabinet |
The whole machine operating electric control cabinet is inside the machine. All single equipment can run and stop in the control cabinet, all electric parts like PLC, frequency inverter, contactor...etc are located here, with stainless stell box to protect it, very safe and portable. |
