5l Bottle Water Bottling Machine Rotary 3 In 1 Big Bottle Filling Machine

Water bottling machine description:

This machine mainly is designed for large volume bottled water like 5L, 7L....etc. On the basis of the 3-in-1 small bottle water filling machine, it is much improved, which integrates bottle washing, filling and sealing, and is not used in the traditional straight-line filling method for large bottles. It improves the degree of automation, reduces the floor area, reduces the number of people operating, and reduces the labor cost.

In order to ensure the smooth operation of large bottles in the rotary three-in-one filling machine, the punch clamp, filling valve and pressure cap are specially customized, and considering the large volume of large bottles, the weight after filling is heavy, the filling base is increased, and a set of nylon bottle protection system is set up to ensure the stable operation of the whole machine.

Water bottling machine working steps:

1. Empty bottles are deliverd into filling machine by conveyor, because big bottle is not suitable for air conveyor, with flat conveyor would be more stable.

2. There is a bottle holder on the rotary table of the bottling machine. Hold the bottle and turn it 180 degrees to make the bottle face down. The rinsed bottle is then transferred to the filling machine.

3. The bottle entering the filling machine is stuck by the bottleneck plate to make it rise, and the filling valve is pushed open by the bottle mouth. After the completion of filling, enter the capping machine.

4. The capping machine shall first stabilize the bottle and keep the bottle in an upright position, and then the capping head shall rotate and rotate on the capping machine. After the above steps are completed, it is delivered from the filling equipment.

After the equipment is delivered to the customer's workshop, the customer shall position the equipment according to the floor plan provided. The company shall send experienced technicians to guide the installation, debugging and trial production of the equipment, and reach the design capacity within the planned time. The installation and debugging time shall be 20 days, during which the company shall be responsible for providing corresponding spare parts and accessories.

2. Training

1. The company is responsible for providing technical training to the buyer. The training includes equipment structure and maintenance, equipment control and operation. Training will be conducted on site by the buyer. The company will assign qualified technical personnel to guide and develop the training program.
