Glass bottle filling machine description:
This machine is designed and manufactured accoriding to foreign advanced technology, with years manufacuring and upgrading, our company produce this washing filling capping 3 in 1 monoblock machine for glass bottle wine. Rinsing clamp for glass bottle use Italian technology, manufacturing accuracy is very high, with high quality filling valve, our machine will control liquid level well with small fluid loss;This machine adopts aluminum cap capping system, tightly cover the bottle mouth with cap by seaming knife, the sealing effect is beautiful and the sealing property is good.
Glass bottle filling machine features:
In order to make operator can control the machine more easily, we adopt touch screen from Taiwan brand to implement the visualization operation, operator can directly control every part of machine, like filling valve, vacuum pump, rinsing nozzle, cap loading system. Besides, machine running speed is also easily controled with a rotary button, the main motor rotary speed can be adjusted with that small button. For filling part, when bottle arrive filling working position, there will be prodtcrion device to make bottle fixed, which is good for filling. Different from plastic bottle, there will be bottle holder under the bottle, and bottle body fixing device to make bottle in right filling position. In order to make product look beautiful, and also avoid liquid loss, we adopts vacuum system to help control the liquid level, after filling finish, the vacuum pipe will suck back some liquid if there is too much liquid in the bottle, liquid level can be adjusted accoridng to customer demands. Pneumatic components, electric parts, and other sensor components we all use internation famous brand, which can make sure the machine running situation.
