Mixing tank describtion:
The beverage preparation tank is widely used in food (milk), pharmaceutical, daily chemical, beverage, oil, chemical, pigment and other industries as heating, mixing or sterilization. It is especially suitable for small and pilot-scale use of units and research institutions without steam heat source. And can adopt completely enclosed structure according to the craft need. Structure: the equipment is composed of inner tank, jacket, insulation layer, outer covering, reducer, stirring propeller, thermometer, etc.
Inner bladder: made of 304 stainless steel plate with polished surface.
Middle jacket: made of A3 steel plate or 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel plate, strengthened spiral device, cold water from bottom to top (no pressure), to achieve the purpose of rising and cooling.
Temperature preserving group: made of stainless steel plate into fish scale pattern, insulation layer with polyurethane or glass wool to maintain the temperature with the outside, to achieve the effect of heat preservation.
Reducer: cycloid gear planetary reducer, fixed on the bracket in the beam, reducer gear shaft and stirrer connection, use looper connection, easy to disassemble and clean.
