Mixing tank describtion:

The beverage preparation tank is widely used in food (milk), pharmaceutical, daily chemical, beverage, oil, chemical, pigment and other industries as heating, mixing or sterilization. It is especially suitable for small and pilot-scale use of units and research institutions without steam heat source. And can adopt completely enclosed structure according to the craft need. In the field of beverage production, the mixing tank can be used for mixing and heating water, food additives, and other materials. It is an indispensable part of beverage production.

Mixing tank features:

1. Heating method: the electric heating rod is inserted into the jacket to evenly heat without cold zone. Heat conduction oil or water is injected into the jacket as heating medium to generate heat energy to heat the material in the tank.

2. Material heating temperature: ≤250℃; Heating time of materials: 20min ~ 90min(as required by the process).

3. Temperature control: the temperature is measured and controlled (temperature difference ±≤1°C) by connecting the thermocouple measurement temperature with the temperature controller, and the temperature of the material can be adjusted.

4. Tank body: internal surface mirror polishing, roughness Ra≤0.4μm.

5. Upper cover: for two fans can open type movable cover, easy to clean, internal and external surface mirror polishing treatment, roughness Ra≤0.4μm.

6. Inner tank bottom structure: after spinning and processing into R Angle, there is no dead Angle with the inner tank body after welding and polishing, and the direction of the outlet is inclined to 5°, easy to release the net material without retention.

Installation and adjustment:

Only when the supporting foot of the equipment is adjusted to the horizontal line and the speed reducer is vertical can each pipe be installed. When working, the agitator should be rotated clockwise without reversal.
