CO2 Mixing machine describtion:
The CO2 mixing machine is designed accoridng to advanced technology at home and abroad. Machine part that contacts liquid are made of low carbon high quality stainless steel, which can meet the requirements of food hygiene in different countries. PLC technology is used to control the pressure and liquid level in the tank. Abnormal situation will immediately alarm, and automatically stop the operation of the device. Liquid process equipment working process:
1. Water inlet section:
Water passes through the filter, pump and one-way valve and enters the deoxidization tank in atomized form. Atomized room temperature water can easily replace oxygen in the water under vacuum state, and the water that replaces oxygen can better dissolve carbon dioxide and prolong the shelf life of the beverage. Deoxidizing tank water level can be automatically controlled, vacuum can be automatically controlled
2. Syrup feeding section:
The syrup enters the syrup tank through the filter, the syrup pump and the one-way valve. The syrup tank and the vacuum water tank communicate with each other to create a vacuum, preventing the air from entering, and the syrup tank level is automatically controlled.
3. Cooling soda mixing:
Deoxidized water and syrup through the proportional valve (proportional valve proportion adjustable) according to the product set proportion, through the high pressure pump into the plate heat exchanger to immediately cool the water and sugar mixture product to 0~3 degrees, after cooling the mixed water through the soda mixer injected carbon dioxide, carbon dioxide dissolved amount adjustable. The carbonated soda is stored in a high pressure insulated storage tank for later entry into the filling machine.
