Bottle blowing machine description:

DMK-2000 series automatic bottle blowing machine is a two-step automatic bottle blowing equipment in our factory, this model has one set mould with 2 cavity, which means it can produce 2 empty bottles at one time. It is suitable for blowing all kinds of plastic containers and beverage bottles with PET as raw material. Widely used in blowing all kinds of beverage bottles containing gas, mineral water and pure water bottles, juice bottles, oil bottles, cosmetic bottles, etc.

Automatic preform loader:

1. This part is usded for delivering preforms to blowing machine working position one by one automatically.

2. Operator doesn't need to feed preforms by manual, with this preform loader, operator only need to press button, then preforms will be delived to cap loading part by automatic elevetor, then preforms will be arranged in line.

Preform heating:

1. Heating lamps are fixed in the heating tunnel, have more rows lamps for customer to control, which is suitable for various

preforms with different height. 

2. Temperature of each heating lamp is controled by customer, easy to operate and adjust

according to production situation.

Bottle clamp:

1. After bottle is produced, empty bottle will be grapped by clamps automatically, no need people to finish it manually.

2. Operator can use a basket or bag to collect empty bottles here. Or customer can choose connect this part to air conveyor, then empty bottes will be blowed to air conveyor, and connect to filling machine automatically, which can save labor cost.
