Liquid bottling machine description:

This machine is mainly used for large bottles from 3L to 10L, which is integrated with washing, filling and screw-cap. The overall filling method is linear. Liquid bottling machine working process:

The bottle feeding method of this machine is bottle feeding. When the bottle enters the bottle washing station, the manipulator will clamp the bottle mouth and turn the bottle 180 degrees. At this time, the spray pipe will go deep into the bottle mouth, open the washing pump and flush the bottle with sterile water. After rinsing, the bottle is turned 180 degrees, and then returned to the filling station. After photoelectric detection, when the number of bottles reached the specified number, the front and rear cylinder block bottles, filling valve to fill. The filling time and the punching time of the manipulator can be adjusted. Screw cover with cover.

Bottle rinsing:

1. Bottle rinsing part adopts compact structure, which ensures running situation.

2. Bottles enter into rinsing part by stare wheel, then clamp will catch bottle automatically.

3. The power of the bottle rinsing part is transmitted by the internal drive system of the frame through the gears.

4. Rinsing nozzle will inject purified to clean bottle inside.

Bottle filling:

1. Using high speed filling valve, the liquid level is accurate without liquid loss, to ensure the filling process requirements.

2. With automatic structure, machine can reach the purpose of no bottle no filling, which can save a lot of water.

3. The float mode of liquid cylinder level is controlled by float.

4. Parts in contact with liquid material are made of high quality stainless steel, no dead Angle, easy to clean.

Capping:

1. It adopts efficient cap loading system and has perfect automatic control and protection device.

2. In order to suitable for various types caps, we will manufacture special cap mould according to customer cap sample. 

3. Tooth profile device is used in choosing caps.

4. There is cap decting device at the bottom of cap slide, which make sure there is no inverse caps.
