Gallon water production steps:

The machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which features firm structure, stable operation and easy operation and maintenance. The capping machine is driven by cylinder. The main machine is controlled by PLC. It is mainly composed of frame, capping head, guiding and prosecution mechanism and other parts.

With automatic detection of whether there is a barrel, automatic stop, start. Capping machine can be used alone, or online layout to achieve assembly line work.
