Bottle rinsing:
Bottle rinsing clamp use high quality material, to hold the most circle of bottle neck of empty bottle, make sure empty bottle is in stable situation during rinsing area. when empty bottles are automatically rotated in a 180°semi-circle on the track, it washes the bottle inside in a complete and efficient way.
Bottle filling:
It adopts isobaric filling principle, to fill beer into empty bottle, during the filling period, air aressure in bottle is same with filling
tank inside because of advanced filling principle, which makes filling period more safe without too much gas leakage.
Quality stainless steel is used in all parts that contact beverage; All pipelines contact with gas and liquid use Inside and outside polishing pipe; All seal ring contact with the beverage use food-stage nitrile rubber or silicon rubber, meeting health requirements.
Cap will lifted to cap loading device by automatic cap lifting elevator, and then the cap enters the cap channel through the cap reclaiming device in the open up position. When there is a cap opening down, the cap will return to the cap rearrangement device through the reverse cap recovery device, and the cap will enter the cap cleaning and sterilizing machine through the cap channel in the correct position to conduct disinfection and rinsing treatment on the inside of the cap. The cap finishing device and the cap sterilizer, as well as the cap channel between the cap sterilizer and the main machine are provided with photoelectric detection. The start and stop of the cap finishing device are controlled by the accumulation of the cap on the cover channel.
