Small glass bottle beer filling machine is composed of bottle washing machine, filling machine, capping machine, frame, window sealing machine, main motor and driving system, bottle transmission system, cap loader and electrical control system. The turning mechanism of bottle washing machine is mainly composed of water distributor, bottle holder, upturn plate, guide rail, protective cover, water spraying device and water receiving plate. It is mainly composed of filling barrel, filling valve, guide rail, lifting device, bottle lifting device and so on. The capping mechanism is composed of three parts: a capping device, a capping guide rail and a capping machine.

Bottle inlet:

It use bottle feeding screw to make empty glass bottle enter into working position one by one smoothly. The rotary speed is

suitbale for machine running speed, and this feeding screw will creat the necessary space between two bottles.

Bottle rinsing:

Bottle rinsing clamp use high quality material, to hold the most circle of bottle neck of empty bottle, make sure empty bottle is in  stable situation during rinsing area. when empty bottles are automatically rotated in a 180°semi-circle on the track, it washes the bottle inside in a complete and efficient way.

Bottle filling:

It adopts isobaric filling principle, to fill beer into empty bottle, during the filling period, air aressure in bottle is

same with filling tank inside because of advanced filling principle, which makes filling period more safe without too much gas leakage.

Quality stainless steel is used in all parts that contact beverage; All pipelines contact with gas and liquid use

Inside and outside polishing pipe; All seal ring contact with the beverage use food-stage nitrile rubber or silicon rubber, meeting health requirements.

Capping:

This special designed for crown cap of glass bottle, it uses advanced foreign principle and rich experience, make the capping part smooth and safe. Besides, if customer want to use other type cap and aluminum cap, easy-open cap, we can also design and use suitable capping part equipment accoridng to customer demands.
