Soda bottling machine description:
We manufacture different models carbonated drink filling machine for beverage production plant use, various types csd filler together with whole soda drinks prodiction line, like CO2 mixing, beverage cooling, labeling, packing. Unlike bottle water, carbonated drinks like cola, sprite needs special mixing, blending, processing to create strong taste before filling. We also have engineer with rich experience who can provide help for this type beverage production.
Soda bottling machine features:
1. It is applicable for carbonated drink filled in plastic bottles and capped with plastic caps, with optional capacity from 1000BPH to 20000+BPH.
2. It is easy to change the shape of bottles, which can be done by changing the thumb wheel without adjusting the height of the machine.
3. Adopting suspensory transmission gear can easily upkeep and be repaired.
4. The machine case and the parts contacting with the materials are made of stainless steel which ensures the good external look and easy washing.
5. It uses frequency changer to conrtol the main machine motor. And it has an output number indicating function which is easy to control the adjustment of the output.
