Automatic Bottle Water Shrink Wrapping Packing Machine Water Factory Use

Shrink packing machine description:

This machine is widely used in bottle beverage packing plant. Finshed bottles are arranged into shrink wrapping machine conveyor, bottles will be sent into several raws automatically. After bottles arrive fixed working position, sensor will detect the bottle as signal, then bottle blocked board will stop bottles, and bottle pusher will push several bottles into packing area, then start shrink packing.

The whole machine is combined with 3 parts. first the multiple rows conveyor, bottles are delivered by 1 row conveyor befire getting into final package machine, in order to make it suitable for package, we need this multiple rows conveyor to separate bottles into several lines.

Second part is packaging and cutting part, bottles will be separated into package, like 6 pcs, 12 pcs, 24 pcs. then covered with shrink film. 3rd part is shrink tunnel, to make shrink film tightly covered the bottles.

Shrink packing machine features:

1. Machine use universal brand components, uniform specifications, can be randomly interchangeable；

2. PLC programmable control system is adopted to ensure the accuracy and stability of packaging process control；

3. The conveying speed is adjustable with frequency conversion to achieve good packaging effect；

4. Touch screen control, so that the device action control into a high precision intelligent state. All the actions are monitored, various alarms are given, and the PC status is displayed on the touch screen, which makes the operation of the device more safe and reliable. It can be single-step action, which is convenient for debugging and maintenance. The equipment is equipped with an automatic alarm device to further improve the safety and reliability of the equipment;
