It equipped with preform feeding system, operator only need to put preforms into the container of preform feeding system, then press the button, preform will feed to blowing machine automatically. Beside, after bottles are produced, they will taken away from machine automatically, no need operator to collect them one by one. Machine can be connocted to filling machine by air conveyor directly, which means no need more people to collect bottle, and feed them to filling machine, also save laboe cost, and no people touching during the bottle feeding area, which is more clean.

Automatic preform loader:

This part is usded for delivering preforms to blowing machine working position one by one automatically. operator doesn't need to feed preforms by manual, with this preform loader, operator only need to press button, then preforms will be delived to cap 

loading part by automatic elevetor, then preforms will be arranged in line.

Preform heating:

Heating lamps are fixed in the heating tunnel, have more rows lamps for customer to control, which is suitable for various

preforms with different height. Besides, temperature of each heating lamp is controled by customer, easy to operate and adjust

according to production situation.

Bottle clamp:

After bottle is produced, empty bottle will be grapped by clamps automatically, no need people to finish it manually. Operator can use a basket or bag to collect empty bottles here. Or customer can choose connect this part to air conveyor, then empty bottes will be blowed to air conveyor, and connect to filling machine automatically, which can save labor cost.
