Juice bottling machine description:

RCGF18-18-6 monobloc is the combination of 18 heads asepsis water rinser, 18 heads hot filler and 6 heads screw capper. It’s mainly used to rinse, fill and screw for fruit juice production continuously. This hot fruit juice filing equipment uses bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize automatic bottle rinsing, juice filling and cap screwing.

If customer wants to fill fruit pulp into the bottle together, we can also add one more step fruit pulp filling into the machine, to satisfy different customer demands.

Juice bottling machine features:

1. It employs single cavity plunger type of fixing filling volume technique and equipped with perfect temperature control system

2. It equipps reverse-flow system to make sure the filling quality, which can avoid the steam effect from high temperature juice

3. Automatic cleaning system is equipped, it can connect to CIP cleaning system directly to clean the filling tank and valve, which is good for machine service life.

4. Each machine element that contacts with the liquid is made of high quality stainless steel and food-grade rubber.

5. Centralized lubricating oil for easy maintenance and maintenance.

Bottle inlet:

It adopts air conveyor with air fan to releaize the empty bottle inlet. Empty bottles are arranged in line, bottle neck parts are

clamped with air conveyor channel. the air conveyor part is closed connected to filling machine rotary wheel, when empty bottles enter into machine, bottles will be delivered to working position one by one.

Bottle rinsing:

Bottles rinsing part use stainless steel clamp to hold the empty bottle neck, after bottle get into rinsing part, bottles will be turned 180 degree, which means bottle mouth face to the filling machine working table. Then purifies water will be spray into bottle 

inside to wash it.

If customer have special use for the product, we can also add more washing steps, like hot alkaline water rinsing, sterilizing 

water rinsing, to make the washing effect.

Bottle filling:

This machine use high temperature filling, filling tenperature is around 85-92℃, all liquid contact parts is able to to withstand high temperature.

Machine equips with liquid reflux system, to deal with the steam effect from high temperature liquid. which is suitabel for tea, hot

filling of fruit meat-containing juice, fruit juice, flavored milk, functional beverages, drinking water and other beverages.

Screw capping:

Screw capping heads and the slide cover linked as a one body, when it move along with the main shaft, the gear of the screw

capping shaft will gear with inner tooth ring through idler gear to make it rotate, then screw down the cap, if exceed the stated

torque (suction of the magnetic pillar), the slide cover and machinery body will move, the capping cover will not move, which can prevent bottles or caps damaging.
