This machine is designed and manufactured accoriding to foreign advanced technology, with years manufacuring and upgrading, our company produce this washing filling capping 3 in 1 monoblock machine for glass bottle wine. Rinsing clamp for glass bottle use Italian technology, manufacturing accuracy is very high, with high quality filling valve, our machine will control liquid level well with small fluid loss;This machine adopts aluminum cap capping system, tightly cover the bottle mouth with cap by seaming knife, the sealing effect is beautiful and the sealing property is good.

Glass bottle filling machine details description:
First step is ottle inlet, it use bottle feeding screw to make empty glass bottle enter into working position one by one smoothly. The rotary speed is suitbale for machine running speed, and this feeding screw will creat the necessary space between two bottles. Second part is bottle rinsing, bottle rinsing clamp use high quality material, to hold the most circle of bottle neck of empty bottle, make sure empty bottle is in stable situation during rinsing area. when empty bottles are automatically rotated in a 180°semi-circle on the track, it washes the bottle inside in a complete and efficient way. Third part is bottle filling, it adopts micro negative pressure filling , to fill wine into glass bottle, and the motor, pump of machine adopts explosion-proof type to make sure machine running situation.Forth step is capping, it use aluminun cap seaming system, adopting 304 stainless steel material, beautiful and stable thread.
