Glass bottle filling machine details description:
Bottle inlet part use screw inlet device, it can arranging glass enter filling machine working position continously, as the screw rotates, the distance between bottles becomes larger and larger, to make glass bottle get into rinsing part position without crowding. Then bottle will get into rinsing part. Clamp of glass bottle filling machine is larger than PET bottle filling machine, the clamp holding area is also a little different from plastic bottle, it holds the most part of glass bottle neck, becasue glass bottle is much heavier than plastic bottle. After rinsing, bottle will get into filling part, it use isobaric filling principle to control the aire pressure between bottle inside and filling tank. Finally bottle get into capping part after filling. capping head gets crown cap one by one from automatic cap loader.
