The water filling line of the 5-gallon barrel water production line adopts programmable controller to control the automatic operation of the system, and the power transmission adopts deceleration motor and pneumatic control system, which is reliable, easy to operate and easy to maintain. The whole process of bottle washing, filling, cover and capping is carried out in the closed tunnel, which can effectively prevent the possible secondary pollution of the purified water during the filling process. Automatic bottle feeding system:

When the barrel is transported to the automatic bucket loading device through the conveyor chain, the photoelectric sensor detects that there are barrelsl on the chain, and then the cylinder on the bottle rack will start, the barrel will be transferred to the bucket plate on the top bucket rack, the electrical control will start the cylinder on the bucket rack, the barrel will be sent to the bucket washing machine on the conveyor chain. After strict analysis and calculation of the mechanism, the barrel mouth after automatic loading is aligned with the fixed cup of the barrel washing machine.

Bottle rinsing:

The machine is divided into 12 rinses: two rinses are alkali rinses, two rinses are disinfectant rinses, two rinses are reflux rinses, two rinses are finished water rinses, and one drip-drying station is set up after rinsing the detergent, disinfectant, reflux water and finished water respectively, and the time is 20S.

Bottle filling:

It adopts grivity filling (filling valve type is optional accoridng to customer barrel and requirements), it can finish hig speed filling, and can control the backflow water well.

Capping:

This machine adopts 1 pcs roller capping,automatic cap loading susye, helps bottle get the cap automatically, then roller capping system will help press the cap step by step during the bottle moving, which can save production time. and whole capping part is 

fully covered in the machine, so the process is very clean.
