Can filling machine description:

This machine is an exclusive equipment developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing the domestic and foreign cans filling and sealing machine. Using advanced filling technology, when the empty can through the rotary wheel get into the lifting tray, the filling valve and the empty can will be in right position, the empty can raised and sealed, at the same time automatically open the filling valve mouth, when the filling liquid level blocked the valve return pipe mouth stop filling. The filled pot is sent to the head of the sealing machine via the hook chain, and the lid is sent to the top of the can through the lid feeder and the head of the press. When the tank holder mechanism rises, the head of the press presses the mouth of the can. The sealing wheel seals the pot before sealing it.

It adopts isobaric filling, to make sure and control the air pressure in filling tank and can side. When empty can enter into the filling position, the can holder will fix and lift up the empty can, to open the filling valve. CO_² air will be injected into empty can first to make sure air pressure is same with filling tank, then liquid will be filled into the can.

Sealing:

Cap of can will be put on the empty can during the can moving. then sealing wheel will seal the can in one circle automatically,  make sure the sealing situation of can. No gas no liquid will be out of can after sealing.
