Soda bottling machine description:
This automatic carbonated beverage soda bottling machine adopts the bottleneck catching transmission technology to realize the automatic bottling, filling, capping and other processes, with a high degree of automation. The DCGF machine is equipped with a number of protective alarm devices, such as jam bottle, missing bottle, missing cover and overload, to ensure the quality of the product. It is suitable for Coca-Cola, Sprite and other carbonated beverages. Carbonated beverage filling machine is equipped with accurate CO2 pressure control and stable liquid level control system. The carbonated beverage filling equipment is made of SUS304 material of high quality. The main and closed parts are precisely processed with CNC machine tools. The whole machine adopts advanced photoelectric detection to detect the operation status of each part.
